Made daily, whole grain dough combined with homemade sauces, the highest quality cheeses and other artisan toppings make up our pizzas. We cook them in a brick oven at over 600 degrees which results in a crust that is thin, crispy and full of flavor. We try and stay healthy by making our sauces from scratch (no preservatives here) and keeping things like cheeses and meats on the lighter side. We worked with Chef Troy Guard to create a seasonal menu that mixes the unique with the classics and guarantees you a tasty treat every time you eat at Modmarket. We also offer a gluten free crust that is thin, crispy and very tasty. All of our pizzas can be ordered on a gluten free crust that, some people say, tastes even better than regular pizza dough!
