Soups this week:
Tomato Basil – light and chunky with just a tiny bit of organic cream as a base. Vegetarian and gluten free.
Green Chicken Chili – All natural chicken combined with a lightly spiced green chili. Gluten and dairy free.
Cashew Butternut Squash – Cashew nutmilk base, local squash from Munson Farms. Vegan and gluten free. I am going to go out a limb here and say that this is the best vegan/gluten free soup in Boulder.
